Step Six: Discuss Journey Insights with me to Re-examine Goals and Mentality
Step Seven: Use Journey Experiences to Start Taking Steps Towards Goals

Examples of Journeys:
*Journey by yourself making friends at a hostel & relaxing on a beach to work on social anxiety and relaxation
*Journey with me exploring a new city & rock climbing or surfing to face fears and find excitement in new hobbies, skills, and places
*Journey with a friend or family member backpacking to strengthen connections and refresh the spirit in the outdoors
*Journey discovering the next city or country you want to explore or live in to be inspired about your social, spiritual, and physical environment

What a Session Looks Like:
-You choose a type of movement or stretch for 2 minutes to stimulate blood flow and motivation
-We check in on progress made towards goals
-We continue the steps described above
-We plan on what to work on before next session
-We reflect on session takeaways
